Personal Training

In person training sessions with Drew. The sessions can be based at your home, in a gym or in any suitable environment. Each session will be pre planned and specific to your goals and requirements.

  • Sessions can incorporate a multitude of activities including, but not limited to, HIIT, LISS resistance training, circuits, cardio, functional, agility, boxing and kickboxing
  • A tailored training plan continuously updated in line with your progression and goals
  • A customized nutrition plan specific to your goals and lifestyle. It will include, meal timings, ingredients, quantities, macronutrient breakdown and supplementation
  • Ongoing evaluation of body composition, measurements, and lifestyle plan
  • Goal setting and lifestyle adjustments
  • Continuous development of the nutrition/training plan
  • 24 hour support via Whatsapp/Call

Personal Training is available in 10, 20 and 30 session packs, each pack will be valid for 2 months

Message from Drew-
There is nothing better than the energy flow between myself and a client during an in person training session. Working this closely with someone allows me to know them inside out, I know which buttons to press to get the very most out of them and ensure the plan ticks all of their boxes
